ABSTRACT

Public Private Partnerships’ mode plays as a mode of ongoing financing in the New
Times. It is to reduce pressure on public finances, improve operational efficiency and
service quality projects. But also it is a strategic choice for steady e of private
investors and related financial institutions. The characteristics of urban infrastructure
construction in the capital high input, high consumption of resources and low efficiency
output by government, which provide a good macro environment for the development
of PPP model. With the rapid development of urbanization in China, PPP implement
increasingly, and faster speed of the PPP project in China's research. PPT model holds a
theoretical and practical significance.
In addition to the risks of general construction projects, the risk is far greater than
general project risks for its own extension in space and time, the internal factors and the
complex interaction of the external environment. So how to effectively carry out its risk
analysis is an urgent practical problem to solve.
The article aims to analyze the PPP project risk classification and risk factors of the
form, build the PPP risk control function model on the basis of that, simultaneously
construct framework of risk-sharing according to the principle of risk-sharing and
reasonable sharing of risk analysis ments of PPP project risk
in domestic and foreign literature, we summarizes theoretical research situation of the
PPP project risk by experts; we points out the inadequacies of their research. While by
using of descriptive statistical analysis methods, research on the PPP project risks in
academic journals and bachelor degree papers were summarized in recent years. Then
