秦巴山区婴幼儿营养状况及其母亲 KAP 问卷调查分析

摘要: 目的了解秦巴山区婴幼儿的营养状况。方法采用整群分层抽样法进行横断面调查,测量婴幼儿的身长和
体质量,用 WHO/ NCSH 参考标准对婴幼儿的营养状况进行评价。同时对其母亲进行知识态度行为( KAP) 问卷调查。

结果婴幼儿生长迟缓、低体质量和消瘦的患病率分别为 17 %、25. 5 %、7. 2 % ;母亲中普遍存在营养知识欠缺,喂养方
式不当。结论2 该地婴幼儿整体营养状况较差,以急性营养不良表现为主。应积极开展营养健康教育,提高母亲科学
喂养水平。

ABSTRACT :Objective To understand the nutritional status of infants in Qinba Mountainous Area. Methods Cross
sectional study and stratified sampling were used. Height and weight were measured and the evaluation system from WHO/ NCSH
was employed. At the same time , KAP Questionnaire Survey about their mothers was also carried out. Results The prevalence
of stunting , underweight and wasting status was 17 % , 25. 5 % and 7. 2 % , respectively. It mon that nutritional knowledge
of the moth
