禽流感病毒跨种属感染及变异的分子

【摘要】一般认为禽流感病毒(avian influenza virus , AIV) 会较稳定的存在于野禽类,但是近几年来
AIV 不断使家禽类受到大面积感染,甚至打破种属屏障引起人或其他哺乳动物感染,且有些病例提示人-人
传播的可能已经存在,这给世界公共卫生带来了严峻的考验。

【Abstract】 Wild birds are believed to be the natural hosts and reservoir of influenza A virus in the traditional
viewpoints , but in the recent years , AIV infected a great deal of poultry , even it had crossed species barrier to cause hu
man beings and mammals infected in many countries. Moreover , a few cases of human-to-human transmission of AIV has
been identified , it poses an increasing pandemic threat on the world public health.

禽流感病毒(AIV) 属于正黏病毒科流感病毒属毒引起了 18 人感染,感染者在发病前一周均有接触
