摘要:将模壁润滑技术与温压工艺相结合可以制备出更高性能的Fe-Ni-Cu-Mo-C铁基粉末冶金材料。实验结果表明,模壁润滑温压工艺提高生坯密度的作用较为明显,在700 MPa的压制压力和120℃的成形温度下, -3, -3, -3。模壁润滑温压工艺的压制规律可以用黄培云双对数方程来描述。成形条件对模壁润滑温压成形的生坯密度的影响大小依次为:压制压力,润滑状况,成形温度,润滑剂加入方式,压制速率。

Die wall lubricated paction for iron-based powders

Abstract. bination of die wall lubrication and paction was used to make Fe-Ni-Cu-Mo-C powder metallurgy material of higher property. Results showed that die wall lubricated paction could greatly improve the green density. At pressure of 700 MPa and temperature of 120℃, the green density was -3 in die wall lubricated paction, which was -3 higher than conventional paction and -3 higher than paction. The rules for die wall lubricated paction could be described by Huang Pei-yun double logarithm equation. The effects of different forming conditions on green density in turn from big to small pacting pressure, lubrication, compacting temperature, mixing method for lubricant pacting speed.
