基于模糊综合评判的装备训练评估标准优选

摘要:采用定性与定量相结合评估思想,针对某大型复杂战役地空导弹训练评估标准优选问题,运用模糊综合评判方法,综合考虑操作时间、操作步骤、操作技巧、操作成效、口令、士气等各方面的因素,建立该型装备训练评估标准。步骤包括:确定评价因素、评价等级,构造评判矩阵,确定权重,进行模糊合成和做出决策。

Evaluation Criterion Selection of Equipment Training
Based on prehensive Evaluation

Abstract: According bination of the qualitative and quantitative assessing analysis, adopt prehensive evaluation method. Aiming at the evaluation criterion selection on training of one large-plex surface-air missile, set up the evaluation criterion of the equipment training, and consider the evaluation factors, such as operation time, operation steps, operation skills, operation results, commands, moral and so on. The approach of the realization includes building up the evaluation factors and grades, constructing the evaluation matrix, determining the weight of coefficient, conducting fuzzy synthesis and making decision.

防空作战方案优化分析模型

摘要:采用定性分析与定量计算结合的方法,通过建立仿真模型对防空作战方案进行优化分析,选出最佳方案指导战争实践。其将整个模型分为初期和后期两个阶段性的计算分析模块,在初期计算分析模块中,计算出第i个防空作战方案处理单个情况方面的效益值,在后期计算分析模块中,将第i个防空作战方案处理把所有情况方面的效益值融合,得到总效益值。
