摘要
在经济全球化和互联网时代,面对竞争激烈、瞬息万变的国内外市场,如何
通过信息化、利用信息技术获得竞争优势,已是当今企业所面临的共同课题。然
而企业各个系统之间的信息不能很好的集成和共享,导致“信息孤岛”问题非常
严重,致使企业的信息系统并未能充分发挥其应有的作用,从而很难为企业领导
层的管理和决策提供必要的数据和信息。作为目前企业信息化技术发展方向的主
流,ERP已经成为世界各,增强企业竞争力的有利工具;同时,
BPR 的应用使 ERP 的成功实施成为可能。
本文重点研究了 ERP 与 BPR 信息集成的原理和思想,提出 ERP 只有与 BPR 结
合起来,才能充分发挥 ERP 的作用,给企业带来的更大的管理效益;同时根据本
文的理论,分析了虚拟物流配送的结构形态,建立了物流网络的 Petri 网模型图
和数学规划模型,结合了实际案例中的物流网络进行了应用验证。本文提出了使
用 Petri 网进行流程建模的方法。

Abstract
Given the economic globalization, age, petition and quickly
changing local and international market, it is mon challenge for enterprises to use
information technology to petition advantage. But, information between
various information systems are lack of integration and sharing ability, which leads to
the severe "the information isolated island" problem. And the expected functions of
these systems are diminished. So that effective data won't be able to provide for the
executive management and decision-making proposes. As the leading software of
enterprise information, the ERP software has e a tool of enhancing the level of
enterprise management and strengthening peting force. And the BRP make
essful implementation of ERP e of reality.
The paper has studied the philosophy and theory for the integration between ERP
and BPR, and brought up the point that only integrated BPR and ERP can bring the
company with bigger management efficiency. In the meantime, the paper analyzed the
virtual work, and built a work modeling and mathematic planning
model for work. After applying and testing the model in real cases. The paper
give a viewpoint that use work to build process model.
