五味消毒饮蜜膏外敷预防化疗性静脉炎的效果观察

摘要目的方法
[ ] 探讨五味消毒饮蜜膏外敷预防化疗性静脉炎的作用。将 124 例经外周静脉化疗患者按入院先
后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各 62 例,对照组常规于应用化疗药物前后以生理盐水冲管;观察组在此基础上于化疗前
20 min 于静脉穿刺点上方沿静脉走向先用 75%酒精涂擦局部皮肤,然后用五味消毒饮蜜膏外敷,每天 3 次,每次换药前均
将原药擦洗干净,连续使用至化疗结束后 3 d,观察两组静脉炎发生率。结果观察组静脉炎发生率为 11%,对照组 76%,
两组静脉炎发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论五味消毒饮蜜膏外敷可有效预防化疗性静脉炎的发生,使用
方便。

Prevention of Chemotherapeutic Phlebitis with External Application of Wuwei Xiaodu Yinmigao

Abstract: Objective To discuss the prevention of chemotherapeutic phlebitis with external application of Wuwei Xiaodu Yinmigao
(Paste of Five Flavors to Expel Toxins). Methods 124 patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and
control group equally. In control group, normal saline injection was applied to wash tube before and after the application of
chemotherapeutic drugs but in experiment group, in addition to normal saline injection, Wuwei Xiaodu Yinmigao was applied
externally in the area above puncture point where the skin was sterilized with 75% alcohol 20 min before chemotherapy. The
incidence of phlebitis in
