摘要:基于板坯连铸试验平台结晶器液压振动装置,检测不同振动参数下液压缸位移等参数,分析了液压缸位移偏差、相位差随振动参数的变化规律,并讨论了非正弦振动波形的特征。结果表明,液压振动装置实现的结晶器正弦和非正弦振动,具有较高的振动精度,显示出其在结晶器振动方面具有明显的优势。

Research on oscillation status monitoring of hydraulic oscillators
for slab continuous casters

Abstract: Based on the hydraulic oscillator of slab continuous casting test platform, displacements and other parameters of hydraulic oscillator were measured. Displacements differences and phase differences at different oscillating parameters were studied, and the characteristics of non-sinusoidal waveforms were discussed. The results show that hydraulic system, which performs sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation, oscillates smoothly and can obtain high oscillating precision. The hydraulic oscillators demonstrate the advantage and potential for application in mould oscillation.

0 引言
控制结晶器和坯壳之间的相互作用是保障连铸机稳定运行、高效生产的关键,结晶器振动技术是其中的重要环节。近年来,随着连铸坯热送装及直接轧制技术的发展,生产节奏大幅加快,要求在提高拉速的同时保证铸坯质量,对结晶器振动控制技术提出了更高的要求。
液压振动技术是近年来开发的新技术,与传统的机械振动装置相比,液压振动系统具有结构简单、布置灵活、精度高、响应快速的优点,可以实现正弦或非正弦振动,尤其便于实现计算机控制,进行实时参数调整及监控,而操作上也更加安全可靠。国内外的应用情况表明,采用结晶器非正弦振动技术,可有效地
