As you know, our department’s main business is insurance core system and my duty is business requirement analysis.
In 2009, I lead my team municate with customers business needs, propose solutions for business needs. As our team's efforts, the project is very good in customer  demand management, and I get the reward outstanding employees of the department.
What is your failure in experience, and what can you learn from this?
In high school ,my grade have always been in top ten, if I can play as normal I can enter first undergraduate at least. But because I do not have a good attitude adjustment, I did not do well in college entrance examination, only admitted to a general university.
Through this, so I know a good state of mind, absolute self-confidence and good health is fundamental to ess. Make me pay more attention to the transformation of world view. I believe a positive optimistic attitude,  persistent,  and there will be good results.
What is your objective? And your career objective?
My goal is to e useful to society, and take society responsibility and family responsibility
My career goal is to apply my experience and education to a position of consultant in a world famous management consulting firm like pany, Accenture and so on.
What is your substantial plishment?
