先行先试江苏省国有资本
经营预算的实践探究

摘要江苏省国有资产面广量大,近年来,通过不断探索与实践,已建立起两级三层的国有资产管理体制框架,
制定并出台国有资本经营预算相关政策。依据这些政策规定,江苏省开展国有资本经营预算工作的先行先试,
为构建国有资本经营预算体系奠定一定的基础。最后提出,江苏省当前的实践探索应当重点防止国有资产流
失加快设立国有资本经营预算专门职能机构,并加强立法建立健全国有资本经营预算配套制度。
