【摘要】改革开放二十余年来,中国的商品零售业取得了巨大的发展。但在其发展过程中也出
现了一些不和谐的声音。特别是业内零售商与供应商之间的“天然对立关系”愈演愈烈,而有关
我国商业企业现有的盈利模式,特别是巧立名目收取的各种费用则成为矛盾的焦点。本文以在国
美电器实习的实际经历为依据,介绍以国美电器为代表的国内商业企业的经营和盈利模式,供应
商关系管理模式,并通过和其他商业企业(比如沃尔玛,家乐福,苏宁,永乐,美国 BESTBUY ,
CIRCUIT CITY 等国际连锁巨头)的比较做出分析和探讨。利用所学的理论知识,结合实际,提
出关于商业企业供应商关系管理的具有可行性的个人观点。

【Abstract】China’mercial retail has been gaining momentum since the reform and opening to
the outside world. However, during the process, some unpleasant problems have emerged, especially
the “inherent” conflict between the retailers and the providers, which never stops deteriorating. The
current profiting models of some business enterprises arouse debates, among which the fees some
enterprises charge under all kinds of sly covers e the focus. Based on the practice in Guomei
Electronic Instruments, this essay is presented to introduce the operating and profiting model of
domestic business enterprises, which are represented by Guomei, as well as their model of supplier
relationship management. In addition, paring Guomei with some heavyweights like Wal-Mart,
Carrefour, Suning, Yongle, BESTBUY, CIRCUIT CITY, the essay gives corresponding analysis.
