【摘要】本文研究通过化学试剂破壁及生物酶破壁相结合的办法,探索一条可操作性强、
对花粉内含营养物质破坏程度低、对人畜及环境无污染、具有较大推广意义的玫瑰花粉破壁途
径。首先对玫瑰花粉进行形态观察;其次,用有机试剂乙醇、酸碱溶液、黄瓜提取液及NaOH:H2O2
混合溶液(溶液Ⅰ)处理玫瑰花粉,检验花粉对上述试剂的敏感程度;再次,通过 H2O2 和溶液
Ⅰ前处理后,不同溶液处理玫瑰花粉的实验设置,找出能使玫瑰花粉破壁的试剂。结果表明,
H2O2、溶液Ⅰ、纤维素酶、黄瓜提取液对花粉破壁产生作用;在上述基础上,通过纤维素酶和黄
瓜提取液加入的先后顺序的实验设置确定破壁路线。结果表明,用 1%的溶液Ⅰ前处理,再加入
纤维素酶,最后加入黄瓜提取液的途径能使玫瑰花粉达到 99%的破壁率,其处理的样品在低浓
度 HCL 处理后,花粉内容物彻底分解。该玫瑰花粉破壁途径为进一步应用到生产领域打下了基
础。

数据分析可靠,是一篇优秀的本科毕业论文。

The Experimental Study on Rose Pollen Breaking
【Abstract】A useful, low demolish and safety way through chemical reagent and enzyme
method to dilapidate the rose pollen walls is propose in the paper. First of all, we observed the
morphology of rose pollen. Then we used anic reagent alcohol, acid, alkali, cucumber
extraction and NaOH:H2O2 mixture(named solutionⅠ)to treat the pollen and observe morphology of
the pollen under microscope. Thirdly, we adopt a method of treating the rose pollen with 6%H2O2 or
1% reagentⅠfirstly then treated pollen with other different reagents to find which reagent can break
the pollen. The result showed that the H2O2, reagentⅠ,cellulose enzyme and cucumber extraction can
dilapidate the pollen wall. Base on the result, we try to find the pollen wall breaking process by change
the order of putting the cellulose enzyme and extraction from cucumber. We found that treat with 1%
reagentⅠfirstly, then with cellulose enzyme and finally with cucumber extraction, the rate of broken
pollen would reach as high as 99%. If the sample was treated with the low HCL, the pollen would be
totally posed.

花粉即植物雄蕊花药的粉状物,是植物的雄性生殖细胞。花粉含有人体所需的各种物质,
其中有多种蛋白质,20 余种氨基酸且齐全人体必需的 8 种, 14 种维生素,30 多种矿物元
