ABSTRACT
The development of air transport industry has put forward higher requirements
on the air transport system. As airport is a joint-point connecting land and air traffic,
the inadequate capacity of airport has e an important constraint factor in the
development of air transport industry. Especially at busy airports, congestion is
increasingly severe and flight delay keeps increasing, which cause huge economic
loss. How to plan the airport in a scientific and rational way is of great practical
significance and application value in improving and enhancing airport capacity and
capability to meet the growing demand for air transport.
This article sets passenger and baggage flow at the airport as the research object
and studies the layout and simulation method. The main research work is as follows:
This article studies one ponent of the airport access system,
namely the capacity evaluation of the curbside. This article analyzes the problem
existing in the single lane parking model and extends it to multi-lane condition, builds
the capacity evaluation model of two-lane parking curbside at busy airports, carries
out the traffic planning on the curbside, points out the fast passage concept for the
optimization of the two-lane parking capacity of curbside, and presents the capacity
evaluation model after optimization. The simulation modeling is carried out for the
traffic by the two-lane parking curbside. The simulation result shows that the capacity
evaluation model proposed by this dissertation is correct, the setup of fast passage is
effective, and the capacity by the two-lane parking curbside could be improved
comparatively obviously.
The existing research on terminal passenger flow is limited to a single link in the
passenger flow. This arti
