基于素质模型的酒店员工培训体系研究
——以海盛宾馆为例
摘要
酒店进行培训的目的是实现酒店经营的目标,这一过程是为了培养员工的技能和知识、向员工传授工作的经验、并且将企业的文化理念传达给每个员工,在这个过程中,每一步都是要有步骤、有组织、有计划的进行的。随着市场的全球化,星级酒店所面临的竞争日益激烈。本文基于人力资源管理理论和素质模型,从海盛宾馆面临的实际情况,着眼于为酒店解决实际问题,通过系统的介绍了素质模型的基础知识、素质模型的构建的方法以及构建的流程。在此基础上,分析了海盛宾馆存在的问题,根据这些问题进行研究并提出了作者的见解,建立素质模型,通过素质模型来解决这些问题,提出了海盛宾馆培训体系改进的对策,主要从以下几个方面进行的,为了使海盛宾馆的培训体系更有实际的操作性,更加的完整。使其管理培训工作更加的规范化,就要对培训需求的评估、培训方案的设计及培训效果的评估进行开发研究;为了使酒店员工的胜任力得到全面的增强,从而使海盛宾馆的核心竞争力得到提升,就要专门培训出一批具有高素质的专业人才来为酒店服务,而酒店员工培训体系的设计就是为了达到这一目标,为员工的培训指出其要遵守的准则并指出其发展的方向,为酒店的发展做好人才储备。

ABSTRACT
Hotel training is in accordance with the purpose of a planned, organized, step by step, to imbue the staff with the right ideas, passing on the work activities of management knowledge and skills to help the hotel business goals. With the globalization of markets, the star hotel facing increasingly petition. Based on human resource management theory and the quality of the model, from the Haisheng hotel facing actual situation, focus on solving practical problems for the hotel, through the systematic introduction to the basics of the quality of the model, the build quality model and build processes. On this basis, the analysis Haisheng Hotel existence of the problem, and put forward my views on these issues, and these issues from the point of view of the quality of the model to solve these problems.
