【摘要】,为灾区基层干部给予有效的心理卫生服务和社会支持。,根据资料来源分为基层机关干部组和乡镇干部组;对基层干部一般情况、PTSD检查量表平民版(PCL-C)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、生活事件量表(LES)进行逐一登记和评估。结果发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷251份;±,%;灾区基层干部抑郁、焦虑评分明显高于全国常模(p<),乡镇干部PTSD严重度评分高于基层机关干部(p<)。结论地震灾区基层干部存在不同程度的心理问题,基层乡镇干部心理健康状况较机关干部更令人担忧。心理卫生工作和社会支持发挥了积极作用。
