摘要
针对制造企业的生产管理具有的订单驱动和涉及大量复杂零件的加工制造两大特征及由此带来的生产过程的复杂状况,提出了一个基于WEB的企业生产管理信息系统,应用动态服务器页面实现了设备动态、生产动态、生产信息等的多条件录入、查询、更新等功能,并根据班产量、月产量生成报表以供查询和成本核算。给出了该系统的体系结构、功能结构,并对系统实现的关键技术进行了研究。这个企业生产管理系统是根据企业生产过程中的实际需求开发的一套管理软件对于生产过程中的产品、物料及设备进行系统化的管理,将产品的生产及物料的需求生成计划单的同时,配备了全方位的查询功能。对于物料及完工的产品进行入库集中管理,在确保企业正常生产的同时,降低了库存成本,提高了生产效率。

Abstract
