摘要
作为国家级非物质文化遗产的辛安庄音乐会,始建于明永乐十九年,传承六百余
年乐音不绝,至今仍服务于周边群众。作为一种民间艺术形式,它是地方群众的智慧
结晶,是中华传统民俗的“活化石”,彰显着整个国家的文化内蕴。
2008 年,辛安庄音乐会被正式列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录,整个社会和国家
对其艺术形式以及文化地位进行了重新的认识,也开始在其保护和传承问题上倾注了
更大的精力。然而,就目前采取的措施和收获的效果来看,我们所做的工作还有很多
不足。
在研究辛安庄音乐会历史沿革的过程中,通过与音乐会传承人、负责人进行直接
交流,获取了一手宝贵资料形成论文。本文以辛安庄音乐会的诞生和历史沿革为切入
点,研究其整个艺术风格特征,考虑其多元价值,探究其衰落的内外原因,从而最终
上升和落脚到如何对音乐会进行传承和保护的问题。同时,也希望以点带面,推动更
多民间艺术、非物质文化遗产在当代的复兴。

Abstract
Abstract
As a Immaterial Cultural Heritage of China, Xin'an Village Concert was established
since 1422, Mingyongle een years, and it has been continuing enriching on local
villagers’ lives for approximately six hundred years already. As a form of folk art, it is
considered as the wisdom of people; is well known in terms of "living fossil" in folk culture
of China, and is highlighting the cultural connotation of the entire country.
In 2008, Xin'an Village Concert was officially included in the National Immaterial
Cultural Heritage, so its art forms and cultural status was re-understanding by the whole
society. Nowadays, the government started to pay more attention on the in protection and
inheritance issues. However, from the present measures it applied and the effects, there are
still a lot of work need to do.
During the study on the history of Xin'an Village Concert, there are many valuable
first-hand information, which has been applied and referred in this paper after the
communication with the inheritors and official representative of the concert. The paper will
