摘要
针对藏北草地资源破坏日益严重以及草地生态信息管理困难等问题, 基于. NET 技术和 A rcG IS Server技术构建 B /S多层结构
W ebG IS系统的思想, 设计了集信息发布、地图浏览、地理信息查询、统计制表、专题制图以及其他空间分析等功能于一体的藏北草地资
源信息共享平台, 为公众、科研人员以及管理部门提供信息共享和决策支持。
