∀Abstract# With the development of , people
s lives are being changed by merce. In order to ana
lyze the issue of how to petitiveness evaluation of EC websites, this paper focused on expanding to apply QFD ( Quality of
Deployment) , based on customer
s demand, to EC website design. It mainly described the basic ideas of QFD and HOQ (House
of Quality) model, and summarized the customer
s demand of EC websites. Above all, this paper mainly explored how to apply
QFD to evaluate petitiveness of EC websites, and at last, this paper presented the guidance suggestions to the development
of the EC websites.
