摘要
便利店的兴起不是偶然的,而是源于大型超市百货地理位置较远,不利于日常生活
用品急需的购物;卖场面积巨大,商品品种繁多占用购物者大量时间;结账时需排队等
候。于是便利店应运而生。
目前,传统便利店受到大型超市百货(如人人乐、华润万家等)以及连锁便利店加
入的冲击下,传统便利店的发展已经是在夹缝中求生。传统便利店的改革与发展刻不容
缓。
传统便利店的发展与改革必须从便利性作为出发点,距离的便利性、购物的便利性、
时间的便利性、服务的便利性。
在制定与实施战略的关键活动中,便利店的选址、营业员的素质等尤为重要。并且
在传统便利店中更存在着诸多问题,商品摆放杂乱无章、商品种类不全面、缺乏便民服
务。这些问题都是企业必须采取相应的措施,制定合理的发展战略。
本文通过对河源市传统便利店的分析,根据目前便利店的一个发展方向,比较系统
的提出了传统便利店的改革措施。

Abstract
The rise of the convenience store is not accidental, but stems from the large
