从传统农业到景观农业——以高西沟新农村建设为例

摘   要 
农业历来是人们获得生存的重要手段。在现代文明的语境中,农业的景观意
义进入了人们的视野。与传统农业的粗犷不同,现代农业在各种技术手段的作用
下,不仅在产量上具有明显的优势,也在体现规整、理性的同时具有明显的景观
价值,反映出更多的美学意义。新农村建设中,我们不仅需要从环境上改变村容
村貌,还需要从生产和生活方式上有所提升,更应当与可持续发展结合起来,将
传统的种植生产与旅游观光相结合,大力发展休闲农业与观光农业,增加农业生
产的附加值,使农业在满足人们物质需要的同时,也能够满足人们的精神需要,
形成新的农村生态。
景观农业与新农村建设相结合,兴建休闲农业园,发展乡村旅游,是近年来
村镇发展的一大亮点。本文立足于农业的景观价值,从传统农业到现代农业,再
到景观农业,依次总结了各个历史时期农业的特征以及人们的审美观,提出了以
景观农业为开发点进行新农村建设,在建设中应保留和继承传统文化,保护和协
调生态环境,进而发展乡村旅游,依靠旅游业拉动农村经济发展,保留劳动力,
为解决“三农“问题提供思路。
最后,本文以生态学、美学、经济学、社会学等作为全文的理论基础,以陕
北米脂县高西沟村为研究对象,进一步分析了高西沟农业观光园的设计理念及规
划原则,为新农村建设及发展提供了典范。

ABSTRACT
Agriculture has always been an important means for human survival. In the context
of modern civilization, agricultural significance in landscape e into people's
view. Different from the rough traditional agriculture, modern agriculture is obviously
placed in an advantageous position. Stimulated by various technical means, it is
distinctly superior in farm yield. Furthermore, being rationally planned, it demonstrates
its unique importance in landscape as well as an aesthetic significance. In the
construction of new countryside, it is needed to have a noticeable change in the
appearance of villages and a higher level of production and mode of production. What’s
more, new countryside construction should ply with the concept of
sustainable development. Specifically, agricultural production should bined with
a vigorous development of tourism, including leisure agriculture and agricultural
sightseeing so as to increase the added value of production. In this way, agriculture is
able to meet both people’s material needs and spiritual needs at the same time; a new
