Primary discussion on soft-sensor of water level of boiler drum based on RBF work

Abstract:Drum level is an important parameter to run the utility boiler, steam drum level control has a direct impact on the operation of thermal power plant security, stability and economy. Thermal systems often exhibit nonlinearity and uncertainty, it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model with drum level for the object, combining mechanism analysis to determine the original variables as inputs to the work, the descent to achieve work of learning through K-value clustering and gradient, and eventually established based on Least-squares algorithm soft measurement model this paper expounds the RBF work modeling and application of the drum level simulation results show that the model has a simple, high accuracy, training time is short, fast speed characteristics, drum level measurement provides a new method.
