陕西省现代服务业发展状况及对策研究

摘要
随着我国产业结构优化步伐的加快,现代服务业已成为区域经济发展的主攻
方向。明确陕西省现代服务业的发展状况和发展对策,是提高全省经济水平的前
提和基础。
本文基于国内外已有现代服务业相关理论的研究成果,对陕西省现代服务业
的发展状况进行了深入、系统的研究,并提出了相应的发展对策。首先,从地区
角度对陕西省现代服务业发展状况进行研究,通过建立现代服务业评价指标体系,
运用因子分析法对陕西省现代服务业的发展水平进行综合评价,得出陕西省现代
服务业的发展在全;在此基础上,以陕西省十市一区为考察
对象,对陕西省各地区现代服务业的差异及收敛性进行了定量分析,发现陕西省
现代服务业地区差距较大,且有发散趋势,地区之间发展极不均衡。其次,从行
业角度对陕西省现代服务业的发展状况进行研究,通过对陕西省现代服务业各行
业的动态偏离份额分析,得出陕西省现代服务业产业结构优势不明显,总体竞争
力能力较弱。最后,基于前面实证研究的结果,并结合陕西省现代服务业的实际
发展情况及相关政策,从地区和行业两个角度提出了如何促进陕西省现代服务业
协调发展的对策建议。
本文不仅为区域现代服务业发展状况的研究提供了较完整的理论框架,而且
为陕西省现代服务业的发展制定了有效的对策。这对于加快陕西省现代服务业的
发展,带动陕西省产业结构的转型与升级,均具有重要的理论及现实意义。

ABSTRACT
With the speeding up of the optimization of industry structure in China, the
modern service industry has e the main direction in the development of regional
economy. Make sure the modern service industry development status and the
countermeasures in Shaanxi Province, which is the presupposition and basis to
improve economic power.
Based on the domestic and foreign researches, this paper thoroughly studied the
modern service industry development status in Shaanxi province, and finally advances
the corresponding counter-measures. first, this paper study on the regional structure of
service industry in Shaanxi Province. Base on the establishment of index system, this
paper analysis quantitatively the development of modern service industry in Shaanxi
Province using factor analysis, results of a medium level of development of modern
service industry in Shaanxi Province. On this condition, this paper takes Shaanxi
Province city as the study object
