近代受南洋文化影响的琼北民居空间形态特征研究

摘要
受南洋文化影响的琼北民居在海南近代建筑历史中占据着极其重要的位置,是
海南近代民居建筑文化中不可或缺的组成部分。在特殊的历史文化背景和自然地理
条件下,这种受到南洋文化影响的新建筑式样是对以中原传统民居建筑为“模板”而
发展形成的琼北民居建筑的丰富和补充。对海南近代建筑历史乃至中国近代建筑历
史的研究具有特殊的社会与文化意义。
本研究试图通过田野调查、文献阅读、比较研究等方法,从海南及南洋地区的
政治、历史、社会、文化等方面入手,探索南洋文化的形成发展以及影响琼北民居
的过程。本文选取琼北地区较典型的受南洋文化影响的近代民居为研究对象,对这
类民居的空间形态及其独有的建筑文化特色进行研究,从自然环境、历史文化、经
济条件、社会背景等多方面角度入手,总结其产生的影响因素。研究揭示了近代琼
北地区的民居建筑在南洋文化背景下的发展过程,为琼北地区的民居发展提供有价
值的借鉴和强有力的文化支持,并填补海南琼北地区近代民居建筑研究的空白。
然而,近代受南洋文化影响的琼北民居只是海南近代中西方民居建筑文化交流
的开端而并非终结。建筑传统文化的延续和发展是永恒的研究课题,如何批判地继
承和发展这份宝贵的建筑遗产还有待我们更细致的研究和深入的探索。

Abstract
North Hainan residences is affected by Nanyang culture a lot , meanwhile it is
occupy a very important position of modern architectural history and is an indispensable
part of modern residential architecture culture in hainan. In the special historical and
cultural backgrounds and geographical conditions, this new style of architecture culture in
Southeast Asia is on the Central Plains traditional residential architecture as " template "
and the development of the formation of northern Hainan Island enrichment and
supplement of residential buildings. The research of Hainan Modern Architectural History
and the Chinese Modern Architectural History has special social and cultural
significance. This study through field research, literature reading parative study
which base on Hainan and southeast Asia ‘s political, historical, social, cultural and other
areas, and try to explore the formation and development of Nanyang culture and affect
process of northern Hainan residences.
