摘要
随着经济的发展,我国的民营企业在推动科技进步,创造就业机会,增加对外贸易
等各方面都为国民经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。民营企业各项经济指标不断提高,已在
国民经济的发展中占据了举足轻重的地位。伴随民营企业的不断发展壮大,越来越多关
系其发展的管理问题也变得备受关注。作为企业管理的核心,搞好民营企业的财务管理
有其特殊的意义。实际上,财务管理水平跟不上企业发展需要已成为制约大部分民营企
业持续发展的重要因素。而且,由于中国的民营企业普遍存在着重销售、轻理财的现象
的特殊性,如何转变观念,切实做好本企业的财务管理工作,使其发挥应有的职能和作
用,对于民营企业实现健康稳健发展具有尤其的重要性。
本文首先阐明了文章的选题背景、研究的目的和意义、研究现状、主要内容及研究
方法等,然后对文章涉及的相关概念和理论进行了阐述,再力争立足于民营企业自身的
角度,对当前民营企业财务管理存在的问题和原因从筹资、投资、营运资金管理和分配
四个方面进行了梳理分析,并在此分析基础上提出相应的解决对策。最后华阳毛巾公司
的案例,是对文章理论分析和提出对策的实际应用。
本文研究方法主要采用了文献资料法和个案分析法。

With the development of economy, the private enterprises contribute greatly to advance
of science and technology, produce work opportunity, increase external trade and so on. In
our country, the private enterprises have been achieving explosive growth and their economic
indicators have been developed into very important position in the development of National
Economy. While the private enterprises’ cale developed, more and more problems about
management gain increasing attention. As the center of enterprise management, to do finance
management well in private enterprises has peculiar significance. In fact , it e the
