【摘要】目的了解保山市医疗卫生机构医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测咨询情况,为保山市防治艾滋病工作提供科学依据。方法对全全市医疗卫生机构,针对医院的各种手术病人、前来性病门诊和其他门诊就诊的出现了症状或者是提示有艾滋病感染者/病人相关体征的病人,在本人知情同意或知情不拒绝的基础上由医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测咨询服务回顾分析。结果 2008年1月至2010年12月全市医疗卫生机构医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测咨询134867人次,占全市总检测数的(134867/459835)%,检出HIV抗体阳性405例(新发369例),三类人群新报告HIV/AIDS占全市新报告艾滋病感染者/病人1589例的(369/1589)%。结论医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测咨询服务,扩大了艾滋病检测咨询的覆盖面,规范医务人员艾滋病检测咨询工作;加强这部分人群的艾滋病基本知识、行为干预以及主动求询的宣传,提高主动求询检测比例,尽早发现艾滋病病毒感染者及病人对防艾工作意义重大。

on for the In the Medical Treatment and Public anization of our city,contraposing different operation patients ing venereal disease outpatient clinic or others clinic visitors which people have the symptom or prompted having HIV-positive or AIDS patients,basing on the circumstance of people informed consent or informed without repulse, medical personnel should initiatively provide AIDS detection or consultation service.
