【摘要】目的了解78岁以上老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的自我管理意识及相关因素,为实施健康护理提供依据。方法以自编调查表对54例75 岁以上老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的自我管理意识进行调查。结果21例患者自我管理状况欠佳,影响自我管理的主要相关因素为年龄、文化程度、病程、配偶状况、合并并发症状况、家庭支持状况等(P<)。结论在糖尿病合并冠心病患者健康护理教育过程中,要注重患者家庭、社会等因素对自我管理能力的影响。

Self-management consciousness in old patients with diabetes mellitus panying coronary heart disease

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo provide the evidence for health education by investigating the self-management consciousness and its related factors in patients at the age of over 60 years with diabetes mellitus panying coronary heart disease. MethodsA questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to investigate the self-management consciousness in 54 patients at the age of over 60 years with diabetes mellitus panying coronary heart self-management consciousness was poor in 21 out of the 54 patients. The factors influencing their self-management consciousness were age, educational level, course of disease, complications of diabetes mellitus, spouse status, and family support, etc. ConclusionAttention should be paid to the factors influencing the self-management consciousness during the health education of patients with diabetes mellitus panying coronary heart disease.
