摘要
在交通信息化进程中,标准是保证信息系统实现信息共享、避免重复建设、发挥投
资效益的重要手段。目前,标准贯彻执行主要是通过宣贯、要求等,缺乏后续的监督手
段。因此,研究交通信息数据与标准规范符合性检测的方法,编制相应的符合性检测软
件系统具有十分重要的意义。
论文结合交通信息化的特点和标准检测的发展现状,重点研究了交通数据各属性
(数据类型、数据格式、数据单位、数据值域)的检测方法,设计并实现了各个属性的检
测,在此基础上实现了交通信息符合性检测系统,并完成了系统的测试。论文首先从信
息技术角度对数据检测的目的和要求进行了综述,并结合交通信息标准对数据的规定,
提出了检测对象,并对系统进行了总体设计;然后重点研究了交通数据信息的四个属性
的检测方法,并给出各属性检测的具体设计和详细实现;之后对系统的评价进行了设计
和实现;最后给出了系统的实现和测试。
经多次测试证明,系统可以对交通行业的相关系统(数据字典、数据库等)进行标准
符合性测试,并生成相应的检测报告。系统达到了项目的预期要求。

Abstract
In the process of the development of traffic informatization, standards are important
methods to ensure that the information system can realize information sharing, avoid the
repeated construction, and improve investment benefit. At present, the standards are
implemented mainly through the propaganda, requirements, etc, which lack the subsequent
supervisory measures. Therefore, it is of great significance to research the methods of testing
the conformance of traffic information and standards, and design conformance testing
software system.
This bined the characteristics of traffic informatization and the development
status of standard testing, and mainly researched the detection methods of the attributes of
traffic data, such as data type, data format, data unit, data range and so on. And then designed
and implemented the detection of each attribute, and on this bases, realized the traffic
pliance test
