新生 Fe2O3 对磁铁精矿预热球团强度的影响

摘要:据磁铁精矿在空气及氮气气氛中预热的质量损失计算新生 Fe2O3 质量分数,研究预热温度、预热时间对新
生 Fe2O3 质量分数的影响和新生 Fe2O3 质量分数对磁铁精矿预热球团抗压强度及转鼓强度的影响。研究结果表明:
提高预热温度,预热球新生 Fe2O3 质量分数迅速增加,当 Fe2O3 质量分数超过 50%后,其抗压强度迅速提高(大于
400 N/个);同时,预热球中新生 Fe2O3 由邻近矿粒结晶向毗邻的氧化物体间扩散迁移并形成 Fe2O3 连接桥,球团
强度迅速提高。

pellets strength

Abstract: The mass fraction of neonatal Fe2O3 generated through the preheating process was calculated according to the
mass loss of ite concentrate in air and neutral atmosphere. The effect of preheating temperature and time on the
mass fraction of neonatal Fe2O3 and the impact of neonatal Fe2O3 mass fraction pressive and drum strength of
preheated pellets were discussed. The results show that improving the preheating temperature, the mass fraction of
neonatal Fe2O3 pressive strength of the preheated pellets increase rapidly when the mass fraction of neonatal
