新生代农民工就业
稳定性及其影响因素的实证分析

摘要新生代农民工已成为农民工的主体,其就业稳定性值得关注。通过对新生代农民工就业情况的调研,并
对调研数据采用 Logit 模型对新生代农民工就业稳定性的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,新生代农民工的
就业特征与传统农民工相比存在较大的差异,普遍表现出就业稳定性差的现象新生代农民工就业稳定性受年
龄、择业机会识别、工资、企业用工环境等多种因素的影响。其中,年龄、工资、企业用工环境与新生代农民工就
业稳定性呈正相关,择业机会识别与新生代农民工就业稳定性呈负相关。
