柯尔莫哥罗夫熵对大鼠痫性发作的预报价值

【摘要】目的研究柯尔莫哥罗夫熵( )在氯化锂唱匹鲁卡品致痫大鼠脑电监测中的应用,探

讨运用预报痫性发作的可行性。方法将 24 只健康雄性大鼠随机分为 3 组,分别为正常组、

对照组和致痫组,致痫组采用氯化锂唱匹鲁卡品制作急性痫性发作模型,利用头皮电极连续记录大鼠
脑电信号,运用对痫性发作大鼠全过程的脑电信号进行分析,并与正常组及注射生理盐水的对照

组对比分析。结果在整个痫性发作过程中, 在发作前期开始下降,而在痫性发作期显著下降,与
KE
发作间期比较,发作前期与发作期的明显降低。致痫组痫性发作期和发作前期的值与正常组

对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0畅05)。结论的变化提示痫性发作过程脑电信号复杂度的变化

过程,并为痫性发作的预报提供了可能。
