摘要
对城市空间的研究是重新发现城市特色,引导城市健康发展的重要基础之
一。在今天城市现代化高速发展的时期,城市空间的特色危机已愈演愈烈。作
为历史文化名城的泉城济南,老城特色的逐渐消失也引发人们的关注与担心。
老城是一个城市不同历史时段的记忆,它往往具有鲜明的个性,代表着一个城
市特有的风貌。鉴于此,论文通过对济南城市形态演化进程及空间结构的发展
进行历史性的分析研究,着力从城市空间、街巷空间及建筑空间三个层次分析
老城城市空间特色,在大量的实地调研走访、以及调查问卷分析的基础上,探
讨济南老城历史留存空间特色中的物化部分,从而发现现阶段城市建设与传统
城区保护的问题,提出老城空间特色重塑的初步建议。
论文拟定分六章,绪论部分,主要阐述城市特色和城市空间特色的概念及
国内外城市空间及城市空间特色研究的动态综述,论文研究的背景以及研究方
案;第二章在城市范畴,通过对老城“山—河—湖—城—山”的城市轴线、围
绕“广川”与“大山”的城市形态与空间结构演化、受“河、湖、泉”的区域
构成和市民对城市空间特征主线的认知的研究,从整体上剖析了济南老城“山、
泉、湖、河、城”的空间布局特色;第三章在区域范畴,从泉水与街道、街坊
的共生关系,以及由水丰富了的街巷层次和节点等多方面,着力分析保存较好
的老城历史街区“小桥、流水、人家”的“潇洒似江南”的空间特色;第四章
从建筑范畴,由“面”到“线”再到“点”,通过对老城合院的平面形制、空间
序列结构、细部特征及用材方面的研究,阐述了老城历史建筑的特征,为未来
的保护修缮采集足够的资料;第五章分别从城市层次、街巷层次和建筑层次三
方面阐述了老城城市空间特色重塑的原因,以及对重塑方向、方法做了初步的
探讨,文章更加着重于重塑的前期调研及分析研究。

Abstract
The study on urban space is a significant foundation to rediscover the
characteristics of cities, simultaneously leading cities to develop healthily. Under the
circumstance of the burgeoning urban modernization, the conjuncture of urban
spatial characteristics is ing increasingly severe. Jinan, the Spring City, with
the fame of its history and culture, draws the public concern and worry for its fading
old-town characteristics.
As the impress left by the different time frames, the old town, generally, has its
distinct features, which is on behalf of the city’s peculiar style. Given all this, this
thesis historically analyzes the evolution of the urban morphology and spatial
structure in Jinan. Meanwhile from three perspectives of urban space, alley space
and architectural space, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of the old-town urban
space. Via the abundant field researches and analyzing the questionnaires, this thesis,
probing into the objectification
