【摘要】目的分析不同螺纹深度微小种植体骨界面的生物力学变化,为微小种植体的设计和临床应用提供科学的理论依据。方法采用ANSYSWorkbench有限元软件,建立不同螺距深度的六个三维有限元模型,分别在模型上计算出不同螺纹深度的微小种植体骨界面的VonMises应力及位移分布状况。结果不同螺纹深度的微小种植体VonMises应力及位移的分布均集中于种植体颈部骨皮质区,种植体的VonMises应力值及位移值均较小。螺纹深度的不同对微小种植体骨界面VonMises应力值、位移值有影响, mm的微小种植体VonMises应力峰值、位移峰值最小。结论本实验建立的微小种植体骨组织三维有限元模型具有良好的几何相似性,可对微小种植体及其支持骨组织进行精确的生物力学分析, mm的微小种植体具有较好生物力学特性。
