摘要:目的:评价中医药治疗小儿慢鼻渊的临床疗效。方法:通过数据库检索文献,运用随机对照试验评估表对文献进行评估,采用改良Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,用 RevMan 5. 软件包进行Meta分析。结果:共有6 篇随机对照试验共计1114例患者满足纳入标准,异质性检验P=,表明6个研究数据具有同质性,故采用固定效应模型。合并效应量OR=,95%CI(,);Z=(P<),中医药疗法相对于西药治疗小儿慢鼻渊,具有较好的临床疗效。结论:现有临床证据表明,中医药治疗小儿慢鼻渊有效。但系统评价纳入的RCT均属低质量文献,其疗效须进一步开展大规模的高质量临床试验研究来验证。

A Meta-analysis: Efficacy of . Therapy for Pediatric Chronic Sinusitis#

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of . therapy for pediatric chronic sinusitis. METHODS: Relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial (RCT) scale. All reviewed literatures were assessed via Improved Jadad quality scale. Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan software. RESULTS: Six pieces of collected articles of RCT were evaluated (including 1114 patients). The test for heterogeneity: P = , indicating these 6 data had homogeneity, so we applied the fixed effect model. OR = , 95%CI (, ); Z = (P<).
