Software License Agreement
Read this license carefully before using the Software contained in this package. By using the Software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms
of this license (the Agreement) . If you do not agree with the terms of this license, return the unused Software within 30 days to the place where
you obtained it and your money will be refunded.
1. Copyright
The Software and documentation supplied with this package is copyrighted. Quickroute Systems Limited hereby grants you, and you accept, a
limited license subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein to use the software on a puter unless otherwise indicated on the
invoice panying this product. You must pay for additional copies of the software if more than one copy will be running at the same time on
one or puters.
2. Period of License
This agreement enters into effect on the date the seal of the envelope containing the Software is broken or on the date mencement of the
use of the Software whichever occurs first and is effective until terminated.
3. Termination
Quickroute Systems Limited may terminate this Agreement immediately in writing if any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement are
broken. At that time you will return to Quickroute Systems Limited the Software, and certify in writing that you have not retained any copies of
the Software.
4. Modification and Copying
You shall not modify or copy all or any portion of the Software or documentation. You shall not change, modify, pile or disassemble the
Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Quickroute Systems Limited warrants that under normal use, the material of the ic disk shall not prove defective for a period of 30 days
from the effective date of this Agreement. Your sole right with respect to a defect in the ic disk is replacement of the ic disk.
Except for the limited warranty provided in this paragraph, there are no warranties, conditions, or guarantees of any kind either
