摘要
目的:了解乌鲁木齐市社区居民与慢性病相关的行为情况,为制定符合当地实
情的社区慢性病防治措施提供依据。方法:采用现况调查方法,用统一的调查问卷
对乌鲁木齐市天山区 600 名 18~69 岁的常住居民进行入户和集中调查。通过率和构
成比描述慢性病相关行为因素的分布,运用χ2 检验比较不同指标率的差别。结果:
调查人群总的吸烟率、戒烟率、被动吸烟率、饮酒率、锻炼率、体检率分别为 %、
%、%、%、%、%。其中不同年龄组人群的吸烟率、戒烟率、
被动吸烟率、饮酒率、体检率差异有统计学意义(P<),不同文化程度人群的
被动吸烟率、饮酒率差异有统计学意义(P<)。35 岁以上居民从未测量过血压、
血糖的分别占 %、%。结论:吸烟、饮酒、缺乏身体锻炼、饮食不均衡等多
种慢性病的危险因素广泛存在。居民健康意识比较薄弱,对高血压、糖尿病等慢性
病的防治知识仍然比较匮乏。建议加大健康教育宣传力度,引导居民改变不良生活
习惯和行为方式,树立健康生活观念,最终减少慢性病的发生、发展。

Investigation on Related Behavoirs Factors of Chronic

Abstract
Objective: To understand the current state of related behaviors factors of chronic
disease munity residents in Urumqi, and to provide the basis for the
community residents prevention and control measures which is consistented with the
munity. Methods: The related risk factors in Urumqi Tianshan district survey
was conducted in a cross-sectional survey, A total of 600 permanent residents aged 18~
69 years as a sample was interviewed with a uniform questionnaire in home or
related behaviors factors of chronic disease were distributed by rate and
composition ratio, the rates of different indicators pared by Chi-square test.
Results: Smoking rate, quit rate, passive smoking rate, drinking rate, exercise rate, check
rate of the study population were %, %, %, %, %, %. By the
different age levels of population about smoking rate, quit rate, passive smoking rate,
