摘要
机械密封是指由至少一对垂直于旋转轴线的端面在流体压力和补偿机构弹力(或磁力)的作用下以及辅助密封的配合下保持贴合并相对滑动而构成的防止流体泄漏的装置。机械密封又称端面密封。
本论文主要介绍了机械密封的工作原理和结构,对机械密封的材料、选型、冲洗、使用寿命以及维护等做了详尽地说明。以此为基础,对油泵的机械密封装置进行了设计以及校核计算。
机械密封是流体机械和动力机械中不可缺少的零部件。它对整台机械设备、整台装置、甚至对整个工厂的安全生产都有很大的影响,特别是石油化工企业中,对设备运转可靠、装置连续生产具有重大的意义。在石油化工企业中,所处理的流体(气体、液体)大多数具有腐蚀性、可燃性、易爆性及毒性,一旦密封失效、介质泄漏,不仅污染环境、影响人体健康和产品质量,而且还会导致火灾、爆炸和人生伤亡等重大事故。因此,不仅要注意和避免肉眼可视的液体泄漏,还应该避免不可视气体逸出。
机械密封在工业中发挥了不可替代的作用,对工厂的安全生产影响非常的大。本人在总结和吸取前人的经验,针对性的设计出了特定工况的油泵机械密封装置。

Abstract : Mechanical Seal is a device of axial face seal , which depend on stationary ring and a rotating ring , includes an elasticity element , to prevent the medium leaking . Mechanical seal also called face seal.
In this paper, it introduces the Working principles and structure of the mechanical seal materials. Materials selection、 processing、 service life 、maintenance and so on of the mechanical Seal have been done a detailed explanation. On this basis, having done a calculation of design and verification of the oil pump mechanical seal.
Mechanical seal is an indispensable parts in fluid machinery and power machinery. Mechanical Seal has a very important role to the whole modern industry , even to the equipment, the whole factory. Especially in the petro-chemical enterprises, Once the seal failure、 dielectric leakage, Mechanical Seal May lead to major accidents, the consequences would be unthinkable.
Mechanical seal in the industry have played an irreplaceable role, It’s impact on safety in production plants is very large. After I sum up and draw on the experience of their predecessors, I Designed pump mechanical seal for targeted condition-specific.
