摘要
目前计算机网络数据库数据采集等技术的发展十分迅猛并对各个行
业的发展起到了巨大的推动作用如何将这些新兴的技术应用于水利管理防洪抗
旱提高水资源利用率就成为当今水利建设的重要一环是一个非常重要的研究
课题作为一项投资少工期短而又十分有效的非土建工程性防洪措施水情自动
测报系统的建设对于工农业的发展和维护社会的稳定均具有非常重要的意义
J2EE是一种利用Java2平台来简化与企业解决方案的开发部署和管理相关的复
杂问题的体系结构 J2EE体系结构提供中间层集成框架满足高可用性高可靠性以
及可扩展性的应用需求有良好的向导支持打包和部署应用增强了安全机制提
高了性能
本论文的主要工作包含以下几个方面
1 描述了水情测报系统的模型研究了系统的功能目标和性能需求采用结
构化分析的方法进行了分析
2 结合水情自动测报系统的研究工作组建了一套水情自动测报系统设
备主要包括YCZ型水文数据采集终端机 YJS型自报式遥测中继机超声水位计
雨量传感器等
3 对水情自动测报系统进行了框架设计软件开发模式的选择并根据水
情自动测报系统的特点设计数据库并对数据库进行优化及数据库备份与恢复
4 最后研究了J2EE多层分布式Web应用的框架用基于的模型
解决了水情数据的存贮和发布统计分析

Abstract
Now the information technologies such works, database and data
acquisition are progressing rapidly, and have contributed a lot in many kinds of fields. It is
important to research how to apply these new technologies to irrigation management to
forecast the flood or drought , improve the utilization efficiency of water resources .It will
e an important part of irrigation works. As a method of preventing flood with low
cost and short period construction and high efficiency .It is most significant to the advance
of the economy and the social stability. The automatic monitoring and forecasting system
of flood regimen is very useful in flood prevention.
J2EE is an architecture using java 2 platforms to plicated enterprise
information application development, deployment and management works. J2EE system
structure offer intermediate level integrated frame to meet high usability, high reliability
and scalability. Good guide supports and deploy application has strengthened the security
mechanism, have improved performance.
The main work and achievements are following:
