摘要
随着全球各国经济的不断增长,人类在快速发展的同时,也给周围的自然环境带来了一定的影响和破坏,可以说短期的经济提高很大程度上是建立在对环境的破坏上的。生态化是历史的发展趋势,生态城市也是未来城市的发展方向,它是城市全面生态化的产物,也是城市生态环境建设中一条新的出路。因此,城市化建设的过程中应该以生态保护为根本进行建设。信阳明港产业集聚区环境保护综合整治是以建设与社会主义市场经济相适应的、具有中国特色和时代特征的、实践科学发展观的、科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少的现代都市型产业园区,进而发展成具有世界领先水平的现代生态产业园区为目标。通过整治水、气、污染物等大力调整信阳明港产业集聚的生态环境经济发展结构,确保能在当地形成生态经济和城市经济共同发展的模范事例地区,进而带动整个信阳地区经济、生态环境的长远可持续发展。
本文从生态历史、生态美学、生态建筑、生态园林多重角度出发,通过回顾历史进程中各阶段的环境问题,并对信阳明港产业聚集区生态环境建设中思维领域以及实践领域的生态化尝试进行分析和研究。在论文调研过程中对信阳明港产业集聚区从源头上对污染当地环境的因素进行分析,找出问题的症结,提出相应的措施。从其治理的措施中获取经验,为今后的工作提供指导,并总结出建设生态城市所必需遵守的原则以及所应有的对策及措施,以期为城市新城区规划、城市环境建设、城市旧城改造、城市生态保护等实践提供广泛的指导意义。
