摘要
指挥自动化系统[C3I mand,munication,Intelligence)]
是一个具体的军事电子信息系统,它集指挥、控制、通信、情报、侦察、探测
预警、和综合保障为一体,是军事指挥自动化的基础设施,也是指挥员实施指
挥的具体技术手段。
指挥自动化系统的软件设备包括系统软件和应用软件两类,是保证整个系
统按特定用途进行工作的各种程序的总称。系统软件是保证计算机系统正常运
转、操作、管理的整套程序。主要包括计算机的操作系统、数据库管理系统、
语言编译程序、标准程序及设备控制、检查、诊断程序等。应用软件是实现指
挥自动化的整套程序,主要包括自动化情报分析、处理、检索软件,图形处理
软件,通信软件,辅助决策专家系统,通用机关业务处理软件,军用加密软件
及有关标准、规范、军训、装备、动员和后勤等软件。
本文介绍了数字化炮兵自动化指挥系统开发的背景、目的和意义,分析讨
论了国内外炮兵作战指挥系统的发展历史和现状,进一步给出了系统开发的目
标和特点;详细介绍了军队指挥自动化系统的概念、组成、关键技术、开发方
法,通过“导航星”数字化炮兵作战指挥系统的开发实践,具体阐述了对军队
指挥自动化系统的需求分析、总体结构、网络拓朴结构以及战术数据链(通信
方案)设计和解决方案,对指挥控制系统软件的实现进行了一定的描述,给出
了数字化炮兵作战指挥控制分系统的功能结构设计,较为详细地描述了射击指
挥、战术标图、军用文电处理、战场环境分析、辅助决策评估等子系统的功能,
介绍了所实现的部分功能界面。
笔者参加了该系统的总体设计、需求分析以及部分功能模块的编码实现,
目前该系统群指挥控制机、营连指挥控制机、火炮终端机部分的软件设计基本
完成,并已经局部投入使用。

ABSTRACT
The mand system of C3I is a concrete military electronic
information system, it manding, controls , communication , information ,
reconnoitering , surveys prewarning , and synthetically ensures for anic whole.
It is the military infrastructure mands automatic, and it is that the
commander’sconcrete technological means to mand too.
The software equipment of the mand system includes system
software and application is the general names of different procedures
which guarantee the whole system to carries on for different purpose. The system
software is a whole set of procedures which guarantee puter system to
running well ,be operated and be managed is mainly including operating system ,
data base management system , piler , standardization program and
equipment controlling , checking , diagnostic program , application software
is a whole set of procedures which realize the mand, mainly
including automatic intelligence analysis, disposal and searching software, graph
