新建社区商业街规划与设计研究

摘要
随着我国住宅建设的飞速发展商业街越来越多地出现在已建成的社区中成为
当代社区建设不可或缺的新的配套建设项目由于其新因此目前国内建筑与规
划界还没有对社区商业街有一个明确的定义更缺乏系统的研究本论文的研究目的
就是分析现代社会多样化发展对社区商业街的影响总结社区商业街设计要遵循的基
本原则试图构筑起指导社区商业街设计的理论框架
论文首先阐述了社区商业街的历史渊源和近年来的发展状况以及目前存在的主
要问题
其次论文针对目前存在的问题分析社区商业街在规划与设计层面上的不足
并对其进行分项研究对社区商业街的具体规划与设计策略提出合理化建议主要从
前期规划定位街道空间设计和地域文化特色的塑造三方面探讨设计规律与方法
最后论文对社区商业街的整体规划的方法理念进行总结并通过对今后将对社
区商业街设计产生影响的主要因素的分析提出了对面向未来的社区商业街设计的展
望

Abstract
With the resident construction advancing rapidly, more and munity
commercial streets have appeared in residential quarters built in our country, and is
ing an indispensable part of it. Appearing recently, mercial streets
not only have not a clear definition but also lack of systematic research in civil
architectural circle. This article intends to discuss that the diversity development of
urbanization mercial streets, summarize the basic rules in
commercial street design, and try to establish theoretical frames which could provide
guidance mercial street design.
Firstly, this article expatiates the history origin of munity business street, the
development condition in recent years, and the key problem existing now.
Secondly, the article aims at the current problem, analyzes the shortage of planning and
designs munity business street, proceeds the item study, and gives rational
suggestion on it about concrete planning and design strategy. The article mainly discusses
the design regulation and method from three aspects: formerly period programming
orientation, street space design and region culture mold.
Finally, the article summarizes the principle of the whole program proceeding in the
community business street, analyzes the main factor munity business street design,
and gives the direction of munity business street design.
