摘要
随着我国对公司社会责任信息的日益重视,公司披露的社会责任信息将日益增加,公司社会责任信息披露研究的重要性日益凸显,企业为什么要在年度报告中披露社会责任信息,其背后究竟有什么因素在驱动并造成各个企业不同的信息披露水平,这一直都是学者们努力研究的问题。本文在回顾历史的前提下,结合理论与案例,对企业社会责任信息披露的影响因素进行进一步的探讨。最后通过研究案例得出结论:公司业绩、公司规模和所属行业是影响企业社会责任信息披露的三大重要因素。

Abstract
With the information of pany's increasing emphasis on social responsibility,Corporate social responsibility information disclosure increased,Corporate social responsibility information disclosure highlights the growing importance of research,Why panies disclose in their annual reports information on Social Responsibility,What are the factors behind the driver and causing various enterprises in the different levels of information disclosure,This has always been scholars to study the problem。This paper reviewed the historical bining theory and case,Corporate social responsibility disclosure of factors further.
Finally, case studies conclude:Performance of pany size and Industry Is the impact of corporate social responsibility information disclosure of the three most important factors.
