基于三层C/S的药品管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,简称HIS)是计算机技术、通信技术和管理科学在医院信息管理中的应用,是计算机技术对医院管理、临床医学、医院信息管理长期影响、渗透以及相互结合的产物。对于一个应用系统首先要考虑软件的体系结构模式,它对于应用系统的成本、性能、灵活性、安全、维护等各方面都有着决定性的影响。随着系统的大型化、复杂化,传统的“主机/终端”模式或两层c/s模式已不能满足人们的要求,于是就产生了新的分布式应用系统:三层结构系统
在建设医院信息平台的过程中,药品管理部分的设计和实现是尤为重要的一环。药品管理部分主要包括药库管理,门诊药房管理和住院药房管理三大部分,通过对功能模块的操作实现药品、制剂的入库、出库、调价、盘点、退货、退库、报废、单据审核,统计核算等功能。该部分确保了全院药品的正常使用,以及药品信息在整个医院信息系统中的顺利流通。
本文首先介绍了医院信息系统的相关背景和国内外现状,分析和结合行业特点,得出了系统体系结构和开发环境。本系统采用C/S(客户机/服务器)体系结构,PowerBuilder:作为开发工具,SQLserve:2000为后台数据库。药品流通是患者就诊和医院日常工作中重要的一环,系统采用了自顶向下逐层分解的结构化分析方法,从郑州大学第一附属医院日常业务和对软件系统需求出发结合药房、,本文还详细介绍了医院信息系统中药品管理部分的功能和作用,并着重分析了该部分中各个子系统间的相互关系和各自特点,由浅入深的给出了药库管理子系统、门诊药房管理子系统、住院药房管理子系统的设计方案,设计包括系统功能设计和数据库表格的设计。考虑到用户需求和实际情况,并结合设计方案,子系统的实现具有多样性,本文对于每一个子系统的相关功能都给予了重点说明和示例。

Abstract
Hospital Information System (HIS for short) is the application in the hospital information management of puter techniques,munications techniques and the management science. And it is the chronic effect and saturation of puter techniques to the hospital management,the clinic Physic,the hospital information management and the e of bination of each other.
To a application system,the system framework mode is what should be taken into account. It haves the decisive effects on the cost,the Performance,the agility,the security,the maintenance,and other aspects of the application system. Along with the hugeness plication of the system,the traditional host/terminals or two-tiered client/server mode can not satisfy the users.
Therefore the new distributed application system (three tiered system) came into being. This question for discussion is the attempt and study of the developing of three一tiered HIS.
