PVC 用新型增塑剂的合成及增塑 PVC 的性能研究
摘要
本文以1,2-丙二醇和己二酸为反应物,在二丁基氧化锡的催化下,熔融缩聚
合成线型直链聚酯增塑剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间和反应物投料比对产品反
应程度和分子量的影响。通过在反应物中添加少量三羟甲基丙烷来合成具有支化
结构的支化聚酯增塑剂。通过反应条件的控制和反应物的加入量控制,合成了不
同分子量和不同支化度的聚酯增塑剂。把合成的不同聚酯增塑剂配合DOP使用,
按一定比例添加到PVC中,作为复合增塑剂制备软质PVC材料。主要考察了聚酯
不同分子量和不同支化度下,其对软质PVC材料的性能影响,其中包括对PVC中
增塑剂的抽出性能、迁移性能,以及增塑后软质PVC材料的力学性能、动态力学
性能和热稳定性能。最后比较了此种增塑剂在增塑不同聚合度PVC时的力学性能
差别,初步考察了聚酯增塑剂产品的适用性。
实验结果表明:反应温度、反应时间、催化剂、原料投料比均对聚酯产品的
分子量有较大影响。合成的聚酯型增塑剂具有优异的耐溶剂抽出性能和抗迁移性
能。用合成的聚酯增塑剂改性的 PVC 材料较添加小分子增塑剂的 PVC 材料有更
好的力学性能及热稳定性能。

THE SYNTHESIS OF POLYESTERPLASTICIZER AND
ITS APPLICATION IN PVC
ABSTRACT
In this dissertation, the project focused on the process of synthesizing the linear
straight-chain polyester plasticizers using the 1, 2 – propanediol and adipic acid, with
the dibutyltin oxide as the catalyst. The influences of the reaction temperature, the
reaction time and the feed ratio of the reactants on the extent of reaction and
molecular weight of the product were studied. The branched polyester plasticizers
were synthesized by adding some trimethylolpropane into the reactants. The polyester
plasticizers which have different average molecular weights and different branching
degrees were synthesized by controlling the reaction conditions and the dosage of the
reactants. The synthesized polyester plasticizers and the DOP were used as the
plasticizer of PVC. The influences of the polyester plasticizers to the properties of
PVC products, including the extraction property and the migration property of the
plasticizer, as well as the mechanical property, the dynamic mechanical property and
the thermal stability properties were investigated in detail. Finally, the mechanical
properties of the plasticized PVC with different average degrees of polymerization
were studied. Moreo
