文档介绍:多脏器恶性肿瘤OUR-QGD伽玛刀治疗临床应用研究
【摘要】目的探讨OUR-QGD伽玛刀治疗多脏器恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法本文按病人意愿随机选择,采用OUR-QGD立体定向伽玛射线全身治疗系统治疗中晚期多脏器恶性肿瘤26例。应用16排螺旋CT薄层扫描图像,在γ-TPS治疗系统上进行三维图像重建,制定适合的治疗计划。处方剂量:50%~70%等剂量曲线覆盖靶区(PTV),单次周边剂量300~600cGy,生物等效剂量60~62Gy。结果伽玛刀治疗后3个月评价近期疗效,26例均获得随访和影像学复查,其中CR %(9/26),PR %(12/26),NC %(3/26)%,%(2/26)。%。结论中晚期多脏器恶性肿瘤是OUR-XGD伽玛刀治疗可选择的方法之一。

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo discuss the t efficiency of the maiignant tumor by whole body γ-knife OUR- paper according to the patient will randomly chosen is the QGD-stereotactic gamma rays systemic treatment treatment system was much viscera 26 were malignant tumor. Applicated 16 row helical CT scan images in thin layers, gamma-TPS treatment system for 3 D image reconstruction, make suitable treatment plan. Prescription dose was 50%~80% dose curve target areas covered (PTV), a single dose was 300~600cGy, biological equivalent dose was 60~ 3 months of Gamma knife treatment curative effect was observed, 26 patients were followed up for review, including line and radiographic CR % (9/26), PR % (12/26), NC % (3//26)%, terminate treatment %(2/26). The total effective rate was %.ConclusionQGD gamma knife can be chose for the method of late-stage cancer.
