【摘要】研制了磁弹性金黄色葡萄球菌无线传感器,用于检测不同液体介质中的金黄色葡萄球菌。 mL一定浓度菌液加到含2 mL无菌液体介质的检测玻璃管中,磁弹性传感器共振频率随细菌的生长而改变。通过改变牛肉膏和蛋白胨的浓度,得出传感器在含有2×105 cells/mL金黄色葡萄球菌的培养基CM 2-2中共振频率响应最大。结果表明,此传感器可以测定的金黄色葡萄球菌浓度范围在CM 2-2中是3×103~2×107cells/mL,在牛奶中是1×104~2×107 cells/mL,检出限分别是1×103 cells/mL和1×104 cells/mL。传感器共振频移大小与金黄色葡萄球菌的浓度呈线性相关关系,,。

Abstract A oelastic us aureus() wireless sensor was fabricated to detect in different liquid mL bacteria with proper concentration was taken into the testing cuvette containing 2 mL liquid medium,the resonance frequency of oelastic sensor changed with the bacteria changing the concentration of beef extract and peptone,sensor had the most frequency response in culture medium CM2-2 incubated with 2
×105 cells/mL results indicated that this sensor can be used to determine concentrations of 3×103 to 2×107cells/mL in culture medium and 104 to 107 cells/mL in milk,with the detection limits of 103 cells/mL and 104 cells/mL, sensor frequency shift was correlated to the logarithmic value of the concentration,and the correlation coefficient was in milk and in culture medium.
