【摘要】目的探讨影响词汇水平的相关因素,为早期语言发育迟缓的预防及干预提供依据。方法随机选择城区515名24~35个月儿童,利用父母问卷方式进行调查分析。结果(1),24~29个月词汇量男女性别间差异有显著性;(2)儿童早期的运动发育及早期语言发育与词汇量的发展有相关性。那些养育人性格开朗、与孩子沟通时间长、住平房或大杂院,上幼儿园等环境下的儿童,父母文化程度高、父母经常看育儿书籍及养育者与孩子沟通时注意方式等,其词汇量就多。结论词汇量表达水平可以作为评价语言发育的指标,语言发育受多种环境因素的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore influence facts on vocabulary expression. Methods The study population consisted of a sample of 515 children, aged 24 to 35 months old. Parents were asked plete questions about their children’s spontaneous expressive vocabulary. Results (1)The fifth and tenth percentiles of spontaneous expressive vocabulary at 24 to 26 months were and words respectively. There was a significant gender difference in spontaneous expressive vocabulary between 24 to 29 months. (2)The children of the parents with higher educational levels,often reading book related to child ,municated with their parents and peers showed higher level of Level of spontaneous expressive vocabulary can be a criteria to evaluate language development. The development of speech in children is influenced by environmental factors.
