【摘要】目的探索2型糖尿病病人不同病程、血糖水平肾内血流参数的价值。方法 E saotMegnsGpx 超声仪检测90例2型糖尿病病人及正常对照组90例的肾内收缩期Vs、舒张期Vd和肾内各分支动脉的阻力指数RI的血流参数。结果对照组(Ⅰ组)与1~5年组(Ⅱ组)、6~10年组(Ⅲ组)、≥11年组(Ⅳ组) Vs、Vd、 RI流速度差异有显著性(P<)。结论肾内彩色多普勒血流测定提示诊断和预测早期肾损害的简便易行、可靠的方法。

【Abstracts】 Objective To explore the clinical value of examining intrarenal blood flow parameters with laser-Doppler flowmeter in type 2 diabetes patients with different course 、blood sugar level .Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were examined by using E saotMegnsGpx ultrasonic monitor, compared to 90 healthy people in the control group , the blood flow parameter of Vs, Vd and RI. Results: There were significant differences (p<) between group Ⅰ( the control group) and group II (patients developing type 2 diabetes for 1 to 5 years),group Ⅲ(patients with type 2 diabetes for 6 to 10 years ), group Ⅳ(patients with type 2 diabetes for more than 11 years), in terms of Vs, Vd and Intrarenal laser-Doppler flowmeter measurement may be a convenient and reliable examination in early diagnosis and prediction of the early stage of renal damage.

应用彩色多普勒超声技术检测糖尿病病人的肾脏血流动力学改变,估价糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)病变的程度,提供在糖尿病早期肾损害诊断中的价值。从而为糖尿病病人及早预防DN的发生提供依据。
