【摘要】探索4%壳聚糖对大鼠污染创面愈合的影响。用W istar大鼠制备创伤感染模型,分别用4%壳聚糖(实验组)、贝复济(阳性对照组)和生理盐水(阴性对照组)创面喷雾。结果表明:(1)4%壳聚糖组在第3、7、14、21d创面愈合率均高于生理盐水组和贝复济。(2)4%壳聚糖组的创面愈合时间为(±) d,贝复济组的愈合时间为(±) d,而生理盐水组在21 d内未愈合。(3)痂下细菌定量发现,生理盐水组为(±) log cfu/g,贝复济组为(±) log cfu/g,4%壳聚糖组为(.±) log cfu/g。4%壳聚糖具有抑制手术创面细菌生长、提高手术创面愈合率、减少创面愈合时间的作用。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of 4% Chitosan to the Contaminated wound of rats. The Wistar were used to make the model of Contaminated wound ,and sprayed the wounds use 4% Chitosan (experimental group)、BFGF(positive control group)and Saline (negative control group) results: (1)The healing rate of 4% Chitosan group higher than the Saline group and BFGF group at the 3,7,14,21 day.(2)the healing time of 4% Chitosan was(±) d, the healing time of BFGF is (±) d,but the Saline group is no healing.(3)Bacterial quantification under the scab finded that the Saline group was(±) log cfu/g,the BFGF group was(±) log cfu/g and the 4% Chitosan group was (±) log cfu/% Chitosan can inhibit the Bacterial growing of the wound, improve cure rate of the wound and decrease the healing time.
