【摘要】目的:探讨不良孕产史与染色体异常之间的关系。方法:我们对639对不良孕产史夫妇进行了外周血染色体核型分析。结果:发现79例异常核型,常染色体异常中女性27例,男性6例;性染色体异常46 例男性45例,女性1例。%。结论:说明染色体异常是导致不良孕产史的重要原因,对不良孕产史夫妇进行染色体核型分析十分必要,有利于提高中华民族的遗传素质。

1资料与方法
:全部对象均来自2003年1月~2007年12月在我单位优生室咨询就诊及本市病残儿医学鉴定中疑有染色体异常的患者。主要为自然流产死胎以及畸形或智力低下儿生育史等不良孕
